Our Humble Beginnings

CEO and founder Garfield Williams began his culinary journey in his hometown, Kingston, Jamaica. With a passion for food and cooking, Garfield spent decades working in family-owned and corporate restaurant chains since 1986. Over that time, he developed a reputation in the food industry and a true love and appreciation for fresh ingredients and flavourful spices. This brought many customers coming back year after year for all their celebrations.

Catered Delights takes pride in doing local events of all sizes such as parties, weddings and anniversaries. Despite keeping a low-profile Garfield and his wife Paula would receive hundreds of personal requests from local residents and friends to cater more food. As time went on, their reputation of providing great food grew though word of mouth alone.

With numerous reviews, and many customers raving about the flavour of their food, Catered Delights was finally solidified in 2018. Among other events, Catered Delights has catered for many major Toronto events such as Crave the Event, the King and Queen Showcase, and Toronto Caribbean Carnival executive dinner.
